What type of meditation helped me

Hi class! I liked the Loving Kindness Exercise because of the understanding of what others go through and that people should not be too hard on each other, everyone has their ups and their downs. Also Meeting Aesclepius was another one that I liked because it gave me power and hope to reach my future goals with no fear. I can definitely use this through my personal life just to stop and really look at life and the people in it.

  1. I agree with the Loving Kindness is an awesome practice. I know that giving to others or for others builds so much within. I know when I look at what I can do for the other and not what can they do for me I feel much more complete. Knowing that I did not take away from another I have done it right. I have learned in life that nothing is free, that someone somewhere has to loose for someone to get something for free. I have seen that loving kindness helps take this away.
