Hi everyone! This is the first time for me blogging, so I hope I am doing this right. I look forward to meeting everyone on blog.spot and in my classes at Kaplan! I hope to meet everyone soon!
Hi Danielle, You got it, well done :). Now go ahead listen to the relaxation exercise - see the link by clicking on the "Learning Activities" icon in unit 2, click where it says "click this". Then blog about your experience.
I rate my physical wellbeing as a 6 because I have recently started exercising again and I am not where I used to be. Spiritually I rate myself around a 7 because when I stopped exercising, I felt depressed, sad, and just lazy. For my physiological wellbeing I rate myself a 7 because I let my social anxiety get to me every so often. My goal for physical wellbeing is to continue exercising and eating well, my goal for spiritual wellbeing is to continue to stay happy and less stressed by sitting and relaxing, taking a moment by myself to collect my thoughts, and my goal for psychological wellbeing is to meditate more to relieve myself of the anxiety that I experience. After I have heard the relaxation exercise in class, it made me feel extremely relaxed, almost to the point of wanting to fall asleep, yet awake enough to feel strong and collective. I think that this exercise was very beneficial!
This is great, that you had such a good experience with the relaxation exercise, wonderful.
When you want to post on your own log, instead of clicking on "reply" you want to click on "New Post" on your dashboard page - that way, it will appear as a new post and we all get to see it.
